Altar servers play an important role in supporting the celebration of Mass by helping with the rituals and movements at the altar. Through their service, they deepen their understanding of the Mass and contribute to a prayerful worship experience for the community. Any child who is Grade 3 and up and has received their First Holy Communion is welcome to be an Altar Server.

This ministry requires a great reverence for the Eucharist, a prayerful attitude and a love for the people of God. Through their service, they help ensure that all of the faithful are nourished by the Eucharist, sharing in Christ’s presence and love.
